- In case of natural person:
- Complete the Holderīs Change Request form in NIC DO webpage (by the moment send your request by email to info@nic.do).
- Letter in original requesting the Holder's change, indicating the information to modify, signed by the domain name holder.
- " Copy of official personal identification document with photography of the domain name Holder.
- In case of legal person:
- Complete the Holderīs Change Request form in NIC DO webpage (by the moment send your request by email to info@nic.do)
- Letter in original requesting the Holder's change, indicating the information to modify, signed by the legal representative of the domain name holder.
- Copy of official personal identification document with photography of the legal representative of the domain name Holder
- Certification of the trade name registration from the actual owner.
- NIC DO will be able to request additional documentation of considering it to be necessary.
